Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unwashed and with all original tags and packaging.
Custom-stitched, altered and sale items marked 'final sale' are not eligible for return.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return passing quality checks. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
